YogaSculpt
YogaSculpt is a one hour fusion class bringing together the best from the realms of yoga and fitness to effectively train strength, stability, balance and flexibility through poses and exercises that provide you with a mindful, effective and fun workout that will change your body!
YogaSculpt is rooted in Power Vinyasa Yoga. Exercises are formatted based on yoga postures, safe alignment and using light hand weights in concentric, eccentric and isometric movements. We focus on the safe use of weights with slow, controlled movements and breath connection. Compound movements using a slow and controlled approach to movement create a sculpted physique and strong bones.
The weights (dumbbells) are lifted in a mindful way finding full range of motion, which enhances flexibility and strength.
