I am dedicated to guiding others in creating real and lasting change! Whether the goal is fat loss, recovering from injury, restoring muscle balance, training for an athletic event or simply living a less stressful and healthier, more enjoyable life, I’m committed to ensuring each client has an effective journey. I empower my clients to create pathways to change through habit-based approaches to food and eating, movement and thinking so that they can achieve and maintain the results they want.
I’ve always led an active lifestyle and had a passion for fitness and nutrition, but prior to entering the fitness industry I had a thriving career which had me traveling extensively and conducting research which was published in international peer-reviewed academic journals.
After having two babies in two years, I left the extensive travel behind, but I’ll always have interest in and respect for quality research. This professional background explains why I am a very evidence-based coach. I stay abreast of what the science is finding in the realms of fitness, nutrition and general wellbeing, and I advise things which I know have been known to work—repeatedly.

I am also an avid, lifelong learner. It’s safe to say that I have learned far more since qualifying as a personal trainer than I did during my training! True transformation and lasting results come from a holistic, individualised approach, and I have sought out the trainings that will enable me to deliver this to my clients. I am deeply certified in movement, nutrition and coaching and hold several advanced certifications from leading training institutions, including several woman-specific health and fitness certifications.
Knowledge, however, is only a part of the equation. Coaching clients on how to implement this knowledge consistently in a busy life with competing demands and whilst changing deeply ingrained habits is where true transformation happens. When we can explore and optimise our mindset, sticking with the exercise, nutrition and supporting lifestyle factors becomes much easier.
