I teach Pilates in Tilehurst and a Pilates infused class in Purley On Thames.
​ I fell in love with Pilates because it challenged me in a way unlike anything else had.  The core Pilates principles of control, concentration, precision, centreing, flow and connection to the breath are a very effective combination to develop body awareness and strength, particularly core strength. 

I hold a Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Pilates, and I am certified as a Biomechanics Coach, knowledge which enhances my understanding of the body's optimum alignment in various positions and the most effective ways to challenge different muscle groups. 

I offer group classes and 1:1 instruction.
