I would highly recommend PT sessions with Brett. I decided to book a few sessions to see if it would help with weight loss and overall fitness. I have now completed a year of sessions and can certainly see that I am so much stronger and fitter than I was before. I have lost weight but have also realised that there is so much more to fitness than what the scales say. The sessions offer not only physical training but also great advice on nutrition and wellness in general. Weekly hints, tips and reminders help me to stay on track. I am a 50+ year old and obviously as I’ve got older I have put on weight. Over recent years I’ve tried lots of different things to lose that weight. I joined Brett’s first ‘boot camp’ and loved it. I later joined her yoga classes, and I worked with Brett as personal trainer and nutrition coach. Brett’s gentle encouragement helps you improve, progress and boosts your confidence exponentially.
