Women's Wellness Yoga is a class based on vinyasa yoga with other enhancing elements weaved throughout, including techniques to strengthen the pelvic floor, stave off osteoporosis, build mindfulness for stress resilience and, of course, develop strength, mobility and balance. ​

​Vinyasa yoga is a great way to develop a skilful movement practice as the flow is always different, challenging the body in new ways whilst simultaneously allowing students to work on familiar movement patterns to progress in a safe and sequential manner. Options are always given so that students can work to their own level and choose what feels good for them on the day. This class currently has students ranging from beginner to intermediate. ​
