It's a monthly challenge and accountability group aimed at helping busy women get CONSISTENT in small, doable daily actions toward optimum health.

How It Works
Not Your Average Fitness Programme
In this programme I weave my knowledge as a personal trainer and yoga teacher with research-backed practices in optimising behaviour change. With qualifications as a Mindset Coach and as a Habits Coach, I know that simply having the knowledge about what to do is only half of the equation. Consistently implementing that knowledge in the midst of a busy life is how real, long-lasting change happens. How you think, what you believe and how you approach a lifestyle shift is therefore equally, if not more, important in reaching your wellness goals.
This programme isn't just a workout and calorie plan that you follow (if that's what you want, you can find that here). The Busy Bees Consistency Club packages all of my knowledge in movement, nutrition, mindset and lifestyle optimisation to empower others to make positive shifts in their approach to a sustainable healthy lifestyle. I can't provide all of my info, tips and strategies in one month, so each month has a different theme with loads of tips and strategies sprinkled throughout.
