Strong Women's Club offers a full body workout featuring intentional, evidence-based exercise selection to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, power, balance and mobility. But the exercise is just a part of the fun (and yes, it is fun!), because the friendships that are formed are just as good for the soul as the movement is for the body.

Strong Women's Squad is brilliant and you always feel good, happier and fitter afterwards. Brett is amazing, sets a creative and fun fitness programme each week, which is achievable for everyone's fitness levels.
