I bring a holistic health approach to work with personal training clients, integrating nutrition, lifestyle factors and recovery guidance into bespoke programmes. Whether your goals are weight loss, optimum athletic performance or just having more energy on a daily basis, it's important to look at the entire picture.

As a certified nutrition coach, I know just how essential food is in reaching general health and weight loss goals. It’s often said that around 80% of your body composition is a result of how you eat, and no matter how hard you work in the gym, you can’t outdo unhealthy food choices. So a cornerstone of the work I do with PT clients is focusing on laying foundational nutritional habits that set you up for long-term results. 


I have a client-centred approach (as opposed to a philosophy-centred approach). This means that we will work to find what strategies and approaches personally work for you, rather than trying to make your life fit into a particular methodology.

​Knowledge is only part of the equation though. It's one thing to write an individualised exercise programme and provide info and eating strategies for an individual's body, goals and preferences, but it's another thing entirely to be able to coach a client through implementing that new knowledge and creating new habits so that the results are maintained. As a certified Health Mindset Coach I introduce a variety of perspectives and strategies to guide clients in exploring how their mindset can be optimised to support the deep transformation that leads to lasting change.

As a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor, I use a range of physical training approaches including cardiovascular, interval, circuit, core and weight training techniques, both with and without equipment, and I endeavour to make sessions both effective and fun! My boot camps are suitable for all fitness levels, and I give lots of options so that you can work to whatever level feels good for you on the day. Services may be offered on an ongoing basis, a block booking or as-needed, depending on availability.

​If missed sessions cannot be rescheduled within the calendar month, they will be lost. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full.
